And hair needs of vitamins

To be silky and healthy hair should be received the necessary for it vitamins. Every day over it and body at all negative influence have the sun, rain, wind, dust, and chlorinated water. Not always the external protect that we offer to our hair with shampoos, conditioners, masks and fix spray is enough. Nutrition, as we have said more than once also takes an important role.

To have healthy hair the daily diet should be balanced and to contains some quantity necessary for hair beauty( vitamins A,B,C,E and Omega – 3 fatty acids).

Fatty acids: Constructing material Omega 3 is in the hair and scalp, so for normal growth and appearance is great need to increase its use in the daily menu.

Enough fatty acids have in salmon, flaxseed, shrimp and scallops, walnuts, pumpkin and soy.

Vitamin A

Thanks to him, the hair becomes more elastic and soft and supple as improving its structure, which is important for people with dry hair. This vitamin is found in the liver (especially seafood), cream, egg yolks, butter and fish oil. Moreover, vitamin A can be formed directly in the body from beta-carotene contained in carrots, tomatoes, sea buckthorn, dried apricots, broccoli, parsley and spinach.

Vitamins from group B

Vitamin B is most important of all vitamins and its use guaranty nice hair, health, shine and prevent of quick fatty, hair loss and earlier graying.

Vitamin B1 is contained in different grain cereals, seeds, rye and wheat bread. Vitamin B2 – kidney and liver of animals, eggs and beer. Vitamin B6 – the nuts and halva.

For hair growth is responsible B7 which is responsible and for forming of nails and healthy skin.

Vitamin B9 ( folic acid) is responsible for development of immune and circulatory system and is required for cell growth. In case of deficiency of vitamin B9 hair loss begins. Folic acid is found in many products: meat, fish, eggs, yeast, lettuce, parsley, spinach, beans, tomatoes, carrots, beets, and soybeans, milk, cheese, nuts, etc.

Vitamin B12 is concentrated in eggs and products of poultry, in the meat. People whose body continuously experiencing of vitamin B12 deficiency have dry and slow-growing hair, but in the end they can ever remain without it.

Vitamins C and E. Both vitamins are responsible for strength and shine of hair.The quantity of these vitamins in the menu is advisable to increase if the hair is too thin or hair loss started.

It is known for an ages that vitamin C supports immune system from which depends hair health. All vegetables ( especial citrus),all green vegetables and also some forest fruits ( black currant, briar )  are rich of that vitamin.

Vitamin E helps for quick transfer of oxygen and improves blood which circulate in skin of head. In consequence of which the hair is healthy and shiny. Vitamin E is in large amounts contained in beans and grains, edible oil, animal liver, nuts and seeds.
